A program of archaeological excavations began on this site in 2015 under the control of the Regional Department of Archeology (DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and under the direction of David Billoin, specialist perched habitats of the late Antiquity and from the high Middle Ages in the Jura massif.
